Restaurant representatives said the opening will be celebrated alongside members of the community, including student representatives from various arts and athletic groups at Pebble Hills High School.

Dion’s will include kids from Dream Small Ministries in one of its programs, where students receive a behind-the-scenes look at the kitchen and a few slices of pizza.

The 4,200-square-foot location features:

• A drive-thru pick-up window for advance orders.
• An open kitchen and dining room with seating for up to 78.
• Dine-in, call-in, online, delivery, and mobile app ordering options.
• Educational tours for children pre-K through 5th grade.
• Catering with delivery availability.

“We’ve felt incredibly welcomed by the El Paso community since opening our first location,” said Dion’s CEO Mark Herman. “We’re excited to join the east side and create an easy, comfortable neighborhood place where families and friends can connect. We look forward to building relationships with the schools, businesses and families in this part of the city.”

The East side location will be Dion’s 29th location company-wide, its second in El Paso, and its fourth in Texas.

Known for its pizza, salads, and subs, the new location will create approximately 65 job opportunities and continue the company’s commitment to supporting youth development in the communities it serves, representatives said.
