Teso Life will take up the 22,800-square-foot building, formerly a Gold’s Gym that opened in 2023 but closed unexpectedly in April 2025.

The retailer has stores in other parts of Texas, including San Antonio, Houston, Frisco, Austin and Dallas-Fort Worth.
