River Oak Properties announced the plans on its Facebook page Monday.

The store will anchor development at the intersection of Eastlake Boulevard and Darrington Road. A property map also shows a McDonald’s and a Circle K convenience store. The store is projected to open in 2024.

This will be the ninth store in El Paso County. The eighth store opened in 2021 at 3150 N. Zaragoza Road and Pebble Hills Boulevard. It was also built by River Oaks Properties at more than $15 million.
